Hey, Im Julia!

 Im the face behind JZ photography. Im based in Northeast Ohio but will never turn down an opportunity to travel! I just love being behind the camera but families, maternity and couples are kinda my thing! Especially anything outdoors, im there!

Is that girl up there, who you should be looking for at your shoot? Hahah, NOPE! Same girl, just comfier. Let's be honest, I usually find myself on the ground, climbing something or knee deep in some water anyways! My goal is to make your time with me memorable and easy- I’m a mom so I know exactly how much work you put into preparing for our session. Of course we’ll get those perfectly posed shots (yes, I direct and pose you through the entire session, I get asked often), but then I just guide you to interact and have a little fun so I can best capture YOU and everything you are in that moment.

A little about me: I'm 30, I love crime tv, hot sunny days, late nights out and cozy nights in, a margarita here and there. I’m a stay-at-home mom to two boys, that unknowingly inspired me to turn my little hobby into so much more. They are WILD and sweet and the funniest people I know. You’ll see them in some of my promos.

Becoming a full-time photographer was never part of the plan but here I am! I am so grateful that your here.
